OUR NAME MEANS

We trace our story back to when our founder, Tony Sikolia Kisaka, was presented with a monstrous task at his first job as an accountant in 1999. His curiosity about the existing company’s manual processes and innovative approach to tackling his first challenge opened the door to over two decades of excellent services in refining processes for various businesses across the globe.
Sikolia’s first assignment was to bring to speed overdue monthly reconciliations. Charged by the Managing Director to do whatever it took to reconcile and balance the company’s accounts in two months, he knew he would not beat the deadline using the existing manual processes. While brainstorming for a solution to change the process, he discovered an uninstalled tally accounting package.
The young Sikolia took it upon himself to read the installation and management package in one week. He installed it onto the company server and personally set up all the system’s accounting functions and client accounts. The new system was ready for rollout in a month. Automating the company’s business processes and transforming the operations helped him meet his target effectively and efficiently. It was his first ever process reengineering and automation project; the bug had bit. His transition from a rookie accountant to an aspiring business process professional began.
In every role he played from that point on, Sikolia would look at the existing way of working and seek to improve and standardize the operations as the key to delivering on the strategic goals.
He also sought various trainings in processes, strategy, and quality standards and research to learn and understand best practices across the globe. Eventually, in everything he did, the first standard question he asked was…
“what is the current process?”

Over time, although employed, Sikolia would get requests to help various firms with advice or consulting as they sought to improve their operations. It led to the creation of Finding Futures Limited in the year 2014.
This company has been a platform that helps individuals and organizations to find their desired future state by transforming them into a defined process approach towards business and life.
In 2019, Sikolia registered a new company name and transitioned from Finding Futures Limited to its French translation, Trouver Futur Limited.
His vision and mission for his business had not changed. However, the inspiration for choosing the same name in French was to link the company to the influence upon his career acquired from the French-speaking Swiss, the home of quality. French is one of the national languages in Switzerland.
